Pilates Reformer BeginnerThis 12-hour weekend module is part of our comprehensive 300-hour Pilates Teacher Training Program. Reformer Beginner is a continuation of the principles learned in Reformer 101 ( pre requisite) and expands the trainee’s understanding of the beginner-level Reformer repertoire. Through hands-on practice and guided instruction, participants will deepen their knowledge of exercise sequencing, alignment, and clear verbal cueing. Trainees will learn how to safely progress clients through beginner exercises while maintaining the integrity of classical Pilates technique. This module helps build confidence in teaching structured beginner Reformer classes and reinforces strong foundational teaching skills.
