Doulas—if you’ve ever wanted to confidently guide your clients with movement, breath, and recovery… but don’t have a yoga background, this is for you.At Liberty Movement Phrontistery, we’ve created a Perinatal Movement & Yoga Certification designed specifically for doulas—so you can safely support pregnancy and postpartum bodies in a real, practical way.No 200hr yoga training required.Over 4 in-person weekends, you’ll learn how to:• Support the changing pregnant body• Understand what’s safe (and what to avoid)• Guide postpartum recovery, core + pelvic floor• Integrate simple, effective movement into your workTraining Schedule (all weekends, 12–6pm):• May 15–16 — Foundations (YES Part I)• June 6–7 — YES Part II• July 11–12 — Prenatal Training• July 18–19 — Postnatal Training In-person at Liberty Movement Phrontistery – 70 Geary Ave (Toronto) RYT pathway – eligible for Yoga Alliance recognition
