Through gentle yoga and practical birth prep techniques, you’ll build confidence, connection, and calm—so you can move through labour feeling grounded and supported.You’ll learn:Daily Essentials — simple exercises to stay balanced and comfortable throughout pregnancy Birth Biomechanics — how balance, gravity, and movement support natural progress in labour Breathing & Pushing Techniques — how to reduce strain, create more space, and work with your body during birth Partner Support Skills — hands-on techniques for comfort, relaxation, and pain reliefThrough discussion, gentle yoga, breathwork, massage, and guided practice, you’ll both gain tools to navigate labour with confidence and connection.
