HypnoBirthing® is taught as a comprehensive childbirth preparation course that covers the same matreial as your hospital course but with so much more information and hands on applications. Learn deep relaxation and self hypnosis techniques to eliminate the fear and tension that cause long labour and pain. The HypnoBirthing® program consists of five classes lasting two hours each over a period of five weeks. Please note there are no classes on Mondays that are long weekends.
