Women’s Hormones & Yoga Specialist Certification (In-Person)This comprehensive training is designed for yoga teachers, doulas, and health professionals who want to deepen their understanding of women’s health and confidently support clients through all stages of life—from fertility to postpartum and beyond.This certification is structured as a series of 5 modules (20 hours each), combining in-person training (12–6pm each day) with reading, assignments, and home study as well as assisting opportunities to support integration and practical application.Each module can be taken individually or as part of the full certification pathway.MODULES & DATESFertility, Hormones & Pre-Menses Anomalies – July 4–5Explore hormonal imbalances, fertility challenges, miscarriage and pregnancy loss, and how yoga, breathwork, and lifestyle practices can support balance. Includes understanding IVF/ART, mental health support, and holding space for clients through the fertility journey.Prenatal Yoga – July 11–12Learn how to safely support pregnant clients through all stages of pregnancy. Covers anatomy, modifications, breathwork, labour preparation, and how to guide individuals and couples with confidence.Postnatal Yoga – July 18–19Focus on postpartum recovery including pelvic floor support, abdominal reconditioning, C-section healing, and working with mothers and babies through movement and developmental stages.Women’s Hormones Specialist I – August 15–16Deepen your understanding of the menstrual cycle, hormonal balance, pelvic health, and yoga practices to support each phase of a woman’s cycle. Includes sequencing, nutrition, and women-centered teaching approaches.Women’s Hormones Specialist II – August 22–23Advanced training focused on perimenopause, menopause, and endocrine health.
