Yoga Teaching Methodology 2 - Intro to Vinyasa Yoga (Saturday)
In this course you will learn about posture families and how to use this idea when sequencing a Yoga class.
This course is also the introduction to Vinyasa Yoga and the surya namaskar and fundamentals of Vinyasa sequencing will be covered.
Yoga Teaching Practicum (Sunday 9am - 1pm)
In this course you will take two Hatha Yoga classes based on posture family theory.
You will review the class plan so that you are prepared to teach each of these classes as part of your Yoga teaching repetoire.
You will also discover how to incorporate the same principles into a Vinyasa class plan.
Use of Voice and Language for Yoga Teachers (Sunday 2-5pm)
Learn the physiology behind proper vocal production
Discover how to think on your feet to communicate effectively
Gain the ability to use positive language in your cueing
