Rooted in the principles of classical Pilates, this course explores the Springboard as a powerful tool for strength, control, alignment, and functional movement.This training builds upon the foundational Pilates mat work and introduces the Springboard as an apparatus that enhances body awareness, supports proper biomechanics, and provides both assistance and challenge through spring resistance.
