* In this class you will develop your 'eye' to assess alignment in your students during yoga practice. You will learn how to cue bone alignment and muscle action in Yogasana.* You will explore through yoga practice, using props and working in partners, how these principles act in the body as you learn them in theory, so that you are able to apply what you learn.* You will also learn how to assess range of motion.This class is a prt of our 200 Hour RYT ( registered Yoga Training for teachers) but open to anyone who would be interested in learning these skills.
